After acquiring Opul® (previously HintMD), Revance was looking to revolutionize the payment and loyalty platform by carving a new niche in the fintech space: Relational Commerce. At the core of this shift was Opul’s focus on people—helping to build and strengthen relationships between aesthetic practices and their clients through integrated payment processing and built-in client loyalty features.
The foundation of this brand evolution was rooted in the B2B web experience; a digital hub that would serve as the cornerstone for establishing the brand’s presence while also functioning as a comprehensive resource center for aesthetic practices to explore and inquire about Opul’s groundbreaking new SaaS platform.
Opul® distinguishes itself from competitors through elevated photography and contemporary design, contrasting with others in the industry whose brands have a less refined aesthetic or tech-like sterility.
We were able to humanize Opul’s platform through the use of visual narratives across the online experience which led to a 45% increase in site engagement and helped us to capture demo requests from 7.9% of site visitors.
